Rattler Family, It's Throwback Thursday! Today, we go all the way back to the 70s ... 1978 to be exact. So, put on your Star Wars t-shirt, spin that Kenny Rogers "The Gambler" LP while you wait for WKRP to come on your Philco television, pull the tab on a Mason's Root Beer and enjoy that fresh from the oven 85-cent Swanson's fried chicken, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots and peach cobbler tv dinner. Good times, I tell ya! ... This musically-talented young man graduated in May of this year. He was a member of the Northwest Arkansas Regional Choir and All-State Choir and was named Who's Who in Music Among American High School Students. He was president of the Student Council, was named Mr. MHS, and Most School Spirited, was in the Chorus and played basketball. Today, he is a vital part of our Magazine Schools staff. Who is he? Rattler Family, guess what day it is? You better believe it! It's "Time Machine" Tuesday when we go back in time to test your memory of alumni, moments and events from our school's history. Today, we go back to the early 90s ... 1990 to be exact. These two young men were seniors -- there were 36 students in this Rattler graduating class. The young man on the left was voted "Most Cooperative", and today, he's a successful local businessman. The young man on the right was voted "Most Unpredictable", and today, he, too, is a successful local businessman. Who are they? Rattler Family, It's Throwback Thursday! Today, we stay in the 80s -- without a doubt the best era of music, by the way -- specifically 1981 again. This young lady was a kindergartner, and she probably loved story time, too. She was named Miss Baby Rattler (shown here) in the MHS Pageant, and she's currently a faculty member in the Magazine School District. Who is she? Today, we go back to the fabulous 80s ... 1981 to be exact. This young lady was a junior. So ... that being the case, she would have graduated in 1982. Hmm ... let's do some elementary math here ... 2022-1982 = 40. This young lady, who is a longtime teacher in the Magazine School District, just celebrated the 40th anniversary of her high school graduation. Who is she?
