Rattler Family, guess what day it is? You better believe it! It's "Time Machine" Tuesday when we go back in time to test your memory of alumni, moments and events from our school's history. Today, we go back to the 60s ... 1969 to be exact. This young man was a senior. He was a fire marshal, an actor in the senior play, editor of the student newspaper and business manager for the annual staff. He was voted "Best All-Around" and "Most Dependable" by his classmates. He devoted many years to Magazine Schools as a teacher, principal and superintendent, and he made a tremendous positive impact on generations of students, faculty and staff -- most of whom have one or two good stories to tell. So, who is he? Make your guess (comment), like and share this post! #RattlerPride #RattlerFamily

Rattler Family, school lunches at the elementary and high school cafeterias will be 85 cents for breakfast and $1.85 for lunch for this upcoming school year. This is just a reminder that free and reduced-price meals applications are now available on the Magazine Schools website under the "District" tab, and forms will also be sent home with students during the first week of school. It's important to fill out and return those forms, because those who qualify for free and reduced-price meals may also qualify for other benefits. Please help us spread the word by liking and sharing this post. #RattlerPride #RattlerFamily

The United Way will organize and distribute these donations to the local schools. Special thanks to the United Way, Spirit 106.3 radio, Walmart, KFSM-TV 5 and members of our Magazine Schools faculty and staff for helping with this wonderful cause. #RattlerPride. #RattlerFamily

Program ads for what is normally "the football program" will be a little different this year.
We are creating seasonal programs, fall, winter, and spring sports.
That will give you an option to buy an ad for one, two, or all three programs.
If you buy spots for more than one program (season) all you will need to do is send me the new artwork for each season for your student.
The deadline for space is August 1, and the deadline for the artwork for the fall sports program ad is August 10.
You can design your ad or send me the information and we can design it, whatever is easier for you.
Each Coach/Teacher of each sport will have an order form by Monday.

Rattler Family, It's Throwback Thursday! Today, we take a quick sprint back to 2010.
