Ratter Family, it's Tuesday. That means one thing ... "Time Machine" Tuesday! You better believe it. Today we crank up The Knack's "My Sharona", crack open a can of that new soft drink Mello Yello and tear open a bag of those new Tostitos chips as we go all the way back to 1979 when this Rattler was a senior. The inscription under his yearbook picture says, "Watch out! My truck's out of the shop." Nowadays, he stops those with a lead foot. He was on the yearbook staff, played basketball, escorted the homecoming queen and played the widower, Henry Turner, in the senior play "A Ready-Made Family". Rattler Family, our first-graders finished their school year off by working hard on the playgrounds Friday afternoon. The students each took their scoop shovel and worked on putting the rocks back where they belong. Then they walked around and cleaned up the playgrounds. Way to go first-graders for your willingness to help. #RattlerPride #RattlerFamily

Rattler Family, the last week of art class was spent getting back a year's worth of artwork and finishing up last-minute projects. Our first-graders made some awesome alligator puppets. Rattler Family, each year Magazine Schools is blessed to have a host of individuals and local and corporate businesses who generously give their time and resources to help support our students, faculty and staff without ever asking for anything in return.
