Rattler Family, it was a great first week for Magazine Elementary! These students from Mrs. Young's first-grade class had a full incentive chart for super behavior -- Aizen Vang, Jaina Dobson, Noelle Lansdell and Rhett Franklin. The whole class worked so hard this week showing good choices. #RattlerPride #RattlerFamily #LearningIsRequired #RattlersBehave

Rattler Family, we will be offering offsite vision services this school year at Lasater Eye Center in Booneville. Your student will be transported to and supervised at their clinic in Booneville and will be transported back to campus after their appointment. We will send home a letter from the optometrist that will describe the result of the exam. If students are used to picking out their own glasses, they will be able to do that also, and if any parent wants to come for their student's appointment, arrangements can be made for that to happen. Registration paperwork will be sent home with elementary school students in grades 3-6 and will also be available in the elementary school office. Junior high and high school students in grades 7-12 may pick up registration forms in the high school office. All paperwork must be completed, and services will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. For more information, contact Magazine Wellness Coordinator Donna Robinson at 1-866-900-2001 or at donna.robinson@magazinek12.com. Rattler Family, we make your student's safety our top priority at Magazine Schools. In a continued effort to keep our campuses safe, we will begin to utilize the Hall Pass Visitor Management System on each of our campuses beginning today. Anyone entering the building must have a valid ID when checking in at the office. That ID will be scanned into the Hall Pass Visitor Management System for a clearance/safety check before receiving a "hall pass' sticker to enter the building. For more information, please contact your child's school office at 1-866-900-2001. Help us spread the word about this new safety procedure by liking and sharing this post.
