Rattler Family, we had a special unveiling of a new “old” piece of artwork at the high school prior to the start of tonight’s monthly meeting of the Magazine School Board. A refurbished and newly-framed section of the old floor from the Old Rattler Gym featuring the Rattler artwork of former Magazine art teacher Tinker Mathews was unveiled in the main entrance hallway of the high school. Mathews and members of her family were on hand for the unveiling, along members of the school administration and school board. This artwork will serve as the centerpiece of what will in the future be known as Alumni Hall, which will honor and celebrate former Rattlers who have been successful and gone on to make significant contributions in their endeavors. Join us in celebrating the addition of this beautiful piece of nostalgic artwork and the future Alumni Hall by liking and sharing this post. #RattlerPride #RattlerFamily
