Rattler Family, no electricity for part of the school day results in being very creative in finding places with a good source of light so the students can continue to learn. By the end of the day, Mrs. Young's first grade class had practiced reading our weekly story outside on the sidewalk, practiced sentence writing and math facts in the hallway, and did a read aloud activity near the front entrance of the school.
