In the first home track and field meet of the season last week, school records were broken as Magazine student-athletes Jailynn Sims broke the junior high girls record in discus (97-feet, 10.5 inches) and Elizabeth Merritt broke the junior girls school record in the 1600-meter run (5:50.07). Magazine's junior high track and field teams will again look to achieve greatness today, March 14, in the Rattler Relays beginning at 3:30 p.m. at the Magazine High School track. Show your support of our #RattlerPride student-athletes by giving them a thumbs up (like) below.

It's still freezing outside! Our local forecast calls for roads to refreeze tonight, so we will once again be closed to onsite instruction. Students should work on their AMI packet. Have a great weekend and we hope to see everyone on Monday.
