Rattler Family, junior high and high school students began the final day of Atlas summative testing today, and to help encourage our seventh-grade students to finish strong, some of their former elementary teachers and administrators -- sixth-grade ELA Teacher Dana Bryan, sixth-grade Math Teacher Lisa Lowder and Elementary School Principal Jared "Mr. H" Higginbotham --took time this morning to visit with them and offer encouragement. It was just another way of showing our students that we are all a family here at Magazine Schools, whether a current student or former student. Rattler Family, Magazine Schools will host its annual "Rattler Pride" Senior Signing Day and Graduate Walk on Monday, May 6, beginning at 8:15 a.m. in Diamondback Arena. We will recognize our seniors who will be attending college or vocational school or joining the military or the workforce. Following the signing ceremony, our seniors will make the annual cap and gown walk at the elementary school. Parents and family are invited to attend, and a sign-in area will be located at the entrance of Diamondback Arena.
