Rattler Family and Students, we will celebrate Red Ribbon Week during Oct. 24-28. As part of our celebration, each day is a particular dress-up day for our students, faculty and staff. They are as follows: Monday: "Proud to be Drug Free" (wear red, white and blue); Tuesday: "Friends Don't Let Friends Do Drugs" (dress like twins); Wednesday: "I'm Giving Drugs the Boot" (wear western attire); Thursday: "Proud to be Drug Free" (dress up as the first letter of your name); Friday: "Follow Your Dreams and be Drug Free" (wear pajamas). Also, on Wednesday, students are encouraged to bring a nonperishable food item for our local blessings box. Activities get underway at 3:30 p.m. on Friday with the Magazine High School Student Chef Showdown in the cafeteria, followed by a spaghetti supper (dine in or take out) in the cafeteria at 5 p.m. and a fun Movie Night in the Park for the kids beginning at dusk.
